The FSU has received calls from members who are unhappy with the recent salary review and adjustments undertaken by bcu.
During the recent Enterprise Agreement negotiations, bcu was adamant that the salary review would sit outside of the agreement however a process would be undertaken to ensure the review is fair, open and transparent. Several members are now questioning the review as they do not agree with the adjustments made to their salaries.
The union is now asking members and bcu workers to provide feedback by completing a short survey. Your responses will remain confidential.
