Register for our Zoom meeting to discuss your concerns.
Union members in Victoria are even more stressed and anxious. They are still expected to make sales calls and get customers to come into the branch. Here’s how one colleague describes the situation in Melbourne:
We all are at risk, especially to meet bank’s targets and numbers. We all are putting ourselves at higher risk. Our performance is expected to be the same without reducing or relaxing the targets. We are being put under lot of stress to get our numbers and sales without considering the current pandemic situation.
Yet executive Richard Fennell says that frontline staff do not deserve a COVID Essential Allowance.
Is this how Bendigo should behave during a pandemic?
If Westpac can suspend targets during this COVID crisis, then why can’t Bendigo?
