Beyond Bank – Our EA negotiations start soon – what you need to know

We’ll soon be kicking off negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at Beyond Bank.

The EA will contain our pay increases and work conditions for the next few years, so it’s important for staff to understand what’s involved and how you can be engaged in the process.

The FSU are hosting an information session on Tuesday 12 September, 12.30pm (AEST) where you can get to know the ins and outs of your current EA in preparation for the upcoming negotiations, and where we’ll outline the steps in the lead up to bargaining. Register now:
