BOQ are finally listening to our concerns

We’ve got some good news – for what seems like the first time in our enterprise bargaining process, BOQ management are listening to staff concerns and genuinely negotiating.

Last week your FSU bargaining representatives met with BOQ to continue negotiations for our Enterprise Agreement (EA) following our calls for BOQ to do more to address staff concerns about management’s rejected offer.
We have made some progress in trying to address concerns including a reversal on BOQ’s position regarding back pay.

While we are still waiting on BOQ to respond to a number of unresolved issues, it’s great to know BOQ are now genuinely working with us to come to a fair agreement.

What do you think of the progress to date?

Our next bargaining meetings with BOQ will take place in April. We expect to know more about BOQ’s position on outstanding issues by then.

In the meantime, you can review the latest progress in negotiations and have your say on the changes BOQ has made so far by clicking the button below.
