Yesterday your FSU bargaining team met with BOQ management to recommence the negotiations for your new Enterprise Agreement. This meeting was at our urgent request following your resounding NO vote.
Your FSU bargaining team expressed the reasons why BOQ’s dodgy offer was unacceptable and invited them to reconsider their agenda of below inflation wage increases and cuts to terms and conditions. We made it clear that we will continue to pursue the matters important to members as outlined in your log of claims with back pay as appropriate. You can view your log of claims here.
The parties have agreed to continue the negotiations with the next meetings to occur in February.
Join the FSU today
It was only due to the collective response of those who Voted No that BOQ’s dodgy deal was rejected. It is important that we continue to build upon that collective strength and we invite those who are not members of the FSU to join us today to fight for a better deal.

Please note that the FSU office will be closing at 5pm AEDT on 22 December 2022 and re-opening on 3 January 2023.
