Register here for the FSU Enterprise Bargaining Deep Dive – Monday 11 July – 12pm and 7pm
In negotiations this morning for our new Enterprise Agreement, BOQ management said that they are not seeking to be market leaders on our pay.
BOQ management confirmed that they want to cut our retrenchment entitlements and have no desire to include working from home rights in our enterprise agreement.
We have a fight on our hands to protect our entitlements from these unfair and unnecessary cuts.
On Monday 11 July, the FSU is holding deep dive sessions to go through the FSU Log of Claims, and the BOQ Management Log of Claims.
Register here for 12pm, 11 July Meeting
Register here for 7pm, 11 July Meeting
Join FSU Branch Secretary Nicole McPherson and Bargaining Specialist Alex Cousner to review each of the BOQ Management claims and FSU claims to understand what they mean for us.
Together we can win a fair enterprise agreement, so come along, be informed and have your say.
In the meantime if you have any questions about the enterprise bargaining process, email fsuinfo@fsunion.org.au
See you Monday!
