BOQ Management’s initial pay offer would have seen our pay go backwards. With everything so expensive and getting worse, can we afford to lose money?
With inflation over 6.1% and our cost of living through the roof, this is BOQ Management’s opportunity to make us a fair pay offer.
We are claiming a cost of living pay increase of at least 6% to make sure we can afford the basics – food, somewhere to live, schooling for our kids, and medical treatment when we need it.
