This is the first time that everyone at BOQ and ME have come together to negotiate one Agreement.
We’re in this together to win:
- 6% pay rises;
- industry leading-superannuation;
- progressive leave including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural leave and gender affirmation leave;
- a 4 day work week;
- pay transparency; and
- working from home rights.
