Your FSU team has met with management to continue discussions for a replacement enterprise agreement. So what happened?
BOQ management want more than 200 of us to transition from a 36.25 hour working week to 38 hours whilst not increasing our base pay one dollar. That’s a 4.8% real pay CUT.
BOQ management want to take overtime payments away from some of us without reviewing the base rate of pay. That could be a real pay CUT.
BOQ management continue to propose real wage CUTS that don’t keep up with the spiralling increases to the cost of living.
BOQ management are proposing to CUT redundancy entitlements for others as well.
We are now taking a 2-week break form the negotiations. It is important that we use this time to speak to as many BOQ staff as possible about what management are proposing.
