FSU has applied to conduct a Protected Action Ballot at CBA.
We need all members to vote.
Voting YES in this ballot will help us secure a fair EA at CBA. If every member does their part, it will send a strong and clear signal to CBA that their approach is not the right one.
Everyone should have their ballot in the mail by 4 December.
Download this reminder to your calendar.
Remember, the ballot is conducted by the AEC not CBA, so your vote is confidential. The Bank will only know the overall result.

The roll of voters is compiled by the AEC. To do this, they will match up a list of union members that we have provided with a list of eligible employees that CBA have provided. Only people who appear on both lists will be able to vote. This process closed on Monday 23 November.

Australia Post is experiencing some delays, so until about 4 December there is no need to panic, especially if you've confirmed your postal address. After that, get in touch with the union and the AEC to talk through options to get your ballot back extra fast!
There will be 13 questions on the ballot paper. We’re asking you to vote YES to all of them and post your ballot back in its reply paid envelope immediately. This is important to show CBA that our members are united in our pursuit of our outstanding claims.
If you have any questions about anything to do with the Protected Action Ballot please don’t hesitate to get in touch by emailing fsuinfo@fsunion.org.au.
We need at least 50.1% of all members to vote for this ballot action to be valid! So your vote is important!
