Cbus Organisational Restructure

Consultations are now open - Have your say

Dear Colleagues,

As you are aware, last week we met with Cbus management to discuss their proposed organisational restructure process and how to ensure fair consultation of all those affected by it.

As a result, Cbus management agreed to properly consult and offer new roles to displaced people first, and to allow for sufficient time to properly consider the upcoming changes and make informed decisions about them.

The formal consultation period is now open, and everyone has an opportunity to express their opinion and ask any questions before it ends tomorrow.

The FSU will be holding a member meeting tomorrow (Wednesday 10 February) at 10am AEDT, where you can ask questions, seek advice, and provide feedback that we can submit anonymously. Click here to register for the session.

If you would prefer to have a one-on-one meeting with an FSU industrial expert about your situation, you can book a time by clicking on this link.

You can also call the FSU Member Rights Centre from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, to request industrial assistance, or consult your workplace reps about any concerns you may have and have your questions answered.

We will be in touch towards the end of the consultation period to provide information on the feedback, questions and answers submitted so far.

Your FSU community at Cbus is here to support you throughout these changes.
