Although Cbus management previously announced their intention to put their EBA proposal to a vote, we’ve been continuing to talk about pay behind the scenes.
Thanks to you and your colleagues raising your voices about a fair pay rise, Cbus have now come to your union with a new offer.
We want to meet with you today at 12pm (AEDT) to discuss the new offer.
Thank you to everyone who spoke to their colleagues, gave their feedback to management and explained why we all deserve pay increases that keep up with the cost of living.
