What happens next?
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank thinks you have now been consulted.
We disagree.
Members are saying that they have only received a very general idea of the proposed changes. You are saying that you have no specific information about what these changes will mean for your role or your hours.
This is not consultation.
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank must provide you with all relevant information about the change to your role and hours of work. Only then can you provide meaningful feedback.
Members are worried that they have no idea what is planned for their role so have not been able to provide proper feedback.
Are you concerned about what this means for you?
Email mandy.girvan@fsunion.org.au and we will be in touch.
