FSU Q&A session
Monday 13 September, 1pm AEST

The consultation period

Consultation is critical in any change process: it’s our vital chance to get improvements. During this time all IOOF colleagues can seek clarity on what is proposed, ask questions on any related matter, and influence the outcome of any proposed change.

Management must provide relevant information in writing, including timelines, affected positions, and the selection process for any new roles.

They must also explain their measures to avert or mitigate the effects of the change – and promptly consider any issues we raise.

Union support and representation through change

FSU members also have the right to be represented by our Union through this period and beyond. If you aren’t a member join today at  www.fsunion.org.au/join

The FSU will hold further information and consultation meetings with members over the coming weeks as additional changes are announced.

In the meantime – if you are not in the Finance Department or cannot attend this meeting and would like to discuss your rights, or you’re notified of a change in your team/department, contact your FSU. Contact FSU Organiser Matthew Plumb on 0434 321 786 or the FSU Member Rights Centre on 1300 366 378.
