Did you see what the SPARK survey said about in-office attendance? No? Neither did we!
Despite Bendigo Bank asking employees whether the rationale for moving to a 60% in-office attendance requirement has been clearly communicated, the full results of the survey still haven’t been released.
We know this change will impact our flexibility and work/life balance. That’s why we havecalled for a meeting with the CEO to discuss it.
Many Bendigo Bank FSU members have already told us they don’t agree with the proposed change and are prepared to do something about it.If you haven’t already done so, tell us you’re on board too so we know there’s widespread support going forward.
I don’t want a 60% in-office mandate
Without your pledge of support, we will all face:
- Loss of work/life balance
- Increased travel costs
- Difficulties with desk bookings
- Potential consequences of performance management/loss of eligibility for bonuses if not meeting the mandate requirements.
Please also share our pledge with your colleagues and encourage them to sign it. Having a majority of Bendigo Bank employees on board will be crucial to us taking action.
