It is outrageous that Great Southern Bank, at the first bargaining meeting, were represented by senior managers from across the business, as well as expensive external lawyers.
All up, Great Southern Bank brought with them seven Senior Managers and two Lawyers to negotiate with your two FSU representatives. Ordinarily an employer would be represented by one or two managers at the bargaining table.
During the meeting we presented your endorsed log of claims. A link to the log can be found here.
Do senior managers speak for you? Here’s what you can do:
1. Contact your workplace rep with your thoughts on this issue
2. Let all your colleagues at Great Southern Bank know senior management don’t have their best interests at heart, and that the best way to ensure your voice is heard is to;
3. Join the FSU
Is this what Great Southern Bank mean when they say “happily clever after?”
