Today we all received an email from our CEO Bern Reilly and Chief People Officer Helen Jackson, about a 2% salary increase and back payment.
TELL US WHAT THE COST-OF-LIVING PRESSURE MEANS FOR YOU
We welcome the 2% increase with backpay and acknowledge that it will go some way to provide temporary relief in the current cost of living crisis.
Many of us are struggling right now to meet the spiraling cost of necessities like housing, food, heating and medical care. With inflation still at 7%, we simply can’t afford to see our real wages go backwards.
As we continue to negotiate our new enterprise agreement – we will keep fighting for a pay increase that does not force our standard of living to go backwards.
As we continue to bargain for a fair pay increase – tell us what the cost-of-living pressures mean for you.
We’ll keep your message anonymous and share with ART in bargaining to ensure they understand why a real pay increase is so important right now.

Also, don’t forget – we are running Ask Us Anything sessions every Wednesday 12:30pm.
We want to make sure it’s as easy as possible for you to get your questions answered. Whether it’s about your EA at ART, your pay or just a general workplace question, we’d love to discuss it with you.
