Dear FSU Members,
RACQ FSU workplace Reps meet with members of the RACQ executive team every second month to discuss matters raised by members and to find successful resolutions of those matters.
Over the last few weeks, many of you have shared your personal feedback relating to your experiences using the Connect system.
The feedback you have provided was compiled into a report and provided to the JCC meeting participants and then discussed at the JCC meeting held last week.
We are happy to report that RACQ responded positively to your feedback. Your feedback was acknowledged, and referred to the attention of both David Carter, Group CEO and Glenn Toms, Group Executive Assistance for consideration.
We expect an announcement addressing our concerns regarding the system capacity and efficiency delivery shortly.
