FSU gathers evidence for case. We need to hear from you…

On Wednesday hundreds of Group 3 and above current and former colleagues met via zoom to discuss progress on addressing the systemic unreasonable additional hours being worked and the related underpayment.

Union officials reported that we remain on track to progress member concerns to the Federal Court.

Senior Counsel having been briefed on the issues has worked with the union to develop a questionnaire to assist in evidence collection and developing our arguments.

All impacted current and former fulltime Group 3 and above colleagues are asked to complete the questionnaire as a priority and by C.O.B Monday 7th June.

Complete the questionnaire by clicking here

If you are a former colleague please provide your responses in reference to your time just prior to your departure from the Bank e.g. what hours did you work in your last 4 weeks with NAB.

Your responses are critical to ensuring that together we are presenting the strongest most comprehensive case achievable, please take the time to complete it.

The Union will be presenting responses to Senior Counsel in the next three weeks and will reconvene with members shortly after, keep an eye out for further meeting invites.

If you know another Group 3 and above colleague encourage them to complete the questionnaire too.
