Over the last few weeks RBA employees have considered a number of proposed changes to the RBA Workplace Agreement. FSU members provided important feedback on these proposed changes, with a particular focus on pay, hours of work and leave entitlements. After further negotiations based on this feedback, your Union has now reached an in-principle agreement with the Bank.
To provide an opportunity for further questions on this proposal and discuss next steps, your Union will hold information sessions on Tuesday 7 September at 5:30pm, and Wednesday 8 September at 12pm.
A ballot of all eligible RBA employees is scheduled to occur from 13 September. If a majority of staff who vote at the ballot accept the proposed Workplace Agreement, it will become the new RBA conditions of employment over the next two year period.
Be fully informed when voting on your future pay and conditions. Register for a zoom session – and pass this onto your colleagues.
