A Positive First Step
Last week, NAB Business responded to correspondence issued on behalf of FSU members raising concerns about the removal of business fulfilment support, adjustments to targets due to a lack of relief, vacant roles, and unpaid overtime.
NAB has since acknowledged some of the concerns raised by FSU members and we have now secured a meeting with Anthony Healy to work through the detail.
NAB Concedes Targets are to be Adjusted
FSU members will be seeking commitments from Anthony Healy that targets will be adjusted fairly, so salary increases and incentive payments are not unfairly impacted.
NAB also confirmed that Group 1 and 2 employees are eligible for overtime payments and that other employeesshould talk to their people leaders about Time Off In Lieu arrangements.
