FSU Members Win on Hours of Work

22 February 2019

FSU Members recently brought to the union’s attention concerns around their hours of work and the entitlement to flex-time, specifically where IAG directs workers to start before their contracted start time either to log in to the system or to attend “rev up” sessions.

Following discussions with the FSU, IAG has now issued further communication to all retail employees clarifying the issue.

In summary here’s what you need to know:

  • You are no longer required to report to work before your actual start time.
  • Logging in should not take more than 2-3 minutes. If it does you should immediately notify your manager.

See below for IAG’s latest communication.

The FSU congratulates all members who have stood together in getting IAG to resolve the issues.
