Got issues with IAG’s MyTime? Last chance to tell us

There are only a few days left to share your experience on IAG’s new hours-recording system, MyTime, before our survey closes this Friday 21 March.

It only takes a few minutes and is completely confidential.

Take MyTime survey now

What’s this survey about?

While the FSU welcomed IAG introducing their MyTime system in the hopes that it would avoid future payment errors, the system must be accurate and easy for employees to use. Information must also be recorded independently and without the influence of management.

Unfortunately, some FSU members have reported serious concerns regarding how IAG’s MyTime system is working, and how they are directed to record their hours.

So that our union can raise these concerns with IAG, we first need to understand how the system is being used in your workplace.

Take the survey now so we can get IAG to resolve any issues, and forward this email to your colleagues and encourage them to complete the survey too.
