On Friday our FSU Member Delegation meet with Robyn Clarke MLA and Pierre Yan MLC. We discussed increasing cost of living pressures experienced by members, and called on them to support our campaign for fair pay at Bankwest.
Both Robyn and Pierre pledged their support – calling for “a fair wage increase for Bankwest (which is now part of CBA) employees in light of CBA’s $4.74 billion half year after-tax profit, which represents a 26% year-on-year uplift”.
Their voices add to the hundreds of colleagues who have told Jason Chan we deserve fair pay at Bankwest. Tomorrow your FSU bargaining team will meet again with Bankwest Management, for further negotiations.

Ongoing pressure delivers improved pay
Last week, FSU members in one of the country’s largest superannuation funds secured pay increases totalling over 10% in their new EA – after refusing to accept a pay offer below inflation.
You can read the full details here.
We can secure the same by keeping the pressure on Bankwest Management. Join hundreds of other colleagues who have told Jason we won’t take a pay cut. Send him a direct email today!
