How much has your pay at BOQ gone backwards?

How much has your pay gone backwards since 2022 at Bank of Queensland?

Meanwhile, BOQ’s executive team received an average increase of 5.1% last year to their already generous fixed reward…

So what pay rise do we deserve this year?

BOQ employees are due to receive a pay rise in September – but management hasn’t yet decided what that pay rise will be.

Now is your last opportunity to tell us what you think a reasonable pay rise should be before we meet with BOQ management in July.

Take pay survey

BOQ is bound to offer us the bare minimum unless we apply enough pressure. That starts with all BOQ employees taking these steps:

  1. Complete our quick pay survey.
  2. Forward this email to your colleagues to help spread the word.
  3. Join our union so you get the best support through these negotiations.

Together, let’s secure a fair pay rise at BOQ!
