How safe is your workplace?

Lately, we’ve been hearing from our members about various concerns regarding health and safety in their workplaces ranging from things like increased workloads, target stress and bullying, as well as physical concerns around airborne contaminants.

We’ve also heard from women experiencing menstrual or menopause symptoms which has affected their working lives.

To advocate for healthier and safer workplaces that address these concerns, Australian Unions is again conducting a national survey about your experiences in the workplace.

This is the perfect opportunity for finance workers to provide insight into important health and safety issues that may be impacting our working lives.

TAKE THE SURVEY

Your valuable input has the power to bring about positive changes that result in better health and safety conditions in every workplace, and unions will use these results when campaigning and advocating for workplace changes.

Through previous surveys and subsequent reports, we’ve been able to achieve great wins around health and safety, including the introduction of stronger regulations designed to protect workers’ mental health.

The survey is open until Friday 11 August 2023.
