IAG shares FINAL EA OFFER –
Reminder: Have your say tonight!

FSU believes that IAG’s final offer falls short in 3 key areas

IAG’s FINAL EA offer

The only change to the previous offer is that they have decided that they will continue to include STI references in the agreement. While the FSU welcomes this change we feel that it falls short with respect to:

  1. The term of the agreement – IAG proposed the EA includes the 2023 pay cycle. FSU thinks the agreement should expire early 2023 so we can negotiate the 2023 increase in 2023, not in the midst of a global pandemic.
  2. The quantum of remuneration increases – 1% salary pool in 2021, 1% salary pool in 2022 and 1.5% salary pool in 2023.
  3. The pay system – all of the remuneration increases proposed will be subject to performance outcomes and no one is guaranteed a salary increase.

What does this mean?

FSU is holding an open Zoom meeting for IAG employees (not just FSU members) to hear your views on the final offer and consider the next steps.

It’s important that you have your say register here.
