IAG has written to our Union advising that the company has conducted a review of superannuation guarantee contributions and has been making remediation payments to employees to put right any errors.
Further, IAG has undertaken a review of its payroll systems and found some errors relating to payments including hours of work, leave and some allowances. IAG is also providing remediation payments to affected employees.
These payments should have been made by 22 October.
