IAG WFH transition: what does COVID-19 mean for EA negotiations

Tell us your experience of the Work From Home transition, and how you think IAG EA negotiations should proceed.

Since the COVID-19 lockdown almost all IAG staff have been transitioned to Work From Home (WFH) arrangements. IAG have told us that aside from some teething issues, things have worked remarkably smoothly.

Complete the survey here.

We’re keen to hear what your experience was like, and if there is anything that hasn’t worked as well as it should – as well as sharing the things you’ve been impressed with about the transition.

The COVID-19 pandemic hit right as we were entering the final stages of EA negotiations, and we’re still working through what these changes might mean for your EA. We’re keen to get an understanding of how you feel about things and whether COVID-19 has changed your view on how things should proceed.

We’re really keen to hear from all IAG employees, not just union members: so please share this broadly. All IAG staff are encouraged to participate.
