Westpac has announced that it is undertaking a review of its Vaccination Policy.
The bank is seeking feedback on whether the requirement to be vaccinated to attend your workplace should be removed on 1 October.
Our priority is your health and safety
Westpac has an obligation to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.
Management have said that they will rely on the remaining protections outlined in the Entry to Workplace Policy to ensure that all of us have a safe working environment. These protections include use of sanitisers, increased cleaning, use of masks, social distancing within buildings, and tracing the movements of employees with COVID-19.
This review is an opportunity to assess all measures that keep us safe from COVID-19. A key part of the review is consultation with each of us.
