At a recent meeting between FSU bargaining representatives and NAB management, we shared your feedback over concerns relating to pay, long service leave, annual leave loading and more.
As a result of the productive discussion with management further improvements have been made to NAB’s position on our new Enterprise Agreement (EA).
The FSU will be holding a series of in-depth consultation meetings to discuss these improvements and provide an update on bargaining.
