Our current agreement has passed its expiry date and we’ll start discussions with Hostplus shortly.
Enterprise Bargaining is our opportunity to create progressive, industry-leading entitlements for everyone who works at Hostplus. Our agreement protects important entitlements such as our pay increases, leave and redundancy.
This is our agreement – and it will only be adopted if a majority of us vote it up.
So, where do we start?
Our first step is understanding where our entitlements at Hostplus sit within our sector. So we’ve created a helpful tool.
The tool compares the most important entitlements across the major Industry Super Fund agreements. We can see where our agreement is strong, and identify any areas we would like to improve.
This affects everyone at Hostplus, so please forward this email to your colleagues to help get this information out.
What comes next?
Enterprise Bargaining is our chance to have a say in our future, and an exciting opportunity to shape the culture at Hostplus.
