Early last month the Finance Sector Union received a number of complaints around potential issues arising from staffing and workload levels at ING. From 18 to 29 October your Union conducted a staffing and workloads audit to investigate these complaints.
Many of you participated in this audit from across various departments and teams based at both the Margaret Street and Tuggerah sites. Some of you were also working from home. This audit has now been completed and your Union can report that a number of issues have been identified. A summary of the audit outcomes can be found here.
What next?
Your union now intends to meet with ING management representatives to provide this feedback and discuss next steps and solutions. This will be done on a confidential basis where no individuals respondents will be identified. Following this, we will report back to members.
Look out for further information on these report backs through November.
Your views matter, if you have not had an opportunity to participate in the FSU audit on staffing and workloads and would like to provide your confidential feedback, there is still time. You can complete the FSU audit here.
