Insignia – Disrespectful and out of touch – Insignia must do better

Yesterday, hundreds of Insignia colleagues condemned management’s latest position as disrespectful and out of touch.

Their latest proposal includes no guaranteed salary increases until 2025, then an insulting 2% increase for those earning less than $110K (TFR) in 2025, 2026 and 2027. Management want to keep the 40% office attendance mandate policy, and remove our entitlements to carers leave!

Members clearly saw the callousness of management’s offer and condemned it for:

  • locking in continuing real-world wage cuts until 2027
  • failing to provide genuine workplace flexibility
  • slashing our workplace conditions, and
  • ignoring our contributions to the organisation.

As CEO, Scott Hartley can address our concerns and deliver an EA that respects our contributions – sign our open letter today.
