Insignia – Our position for bargaining 2024

Negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at Insignia Financial are due to commence soon. This round of bargaining will be critical to ensure that we have one set of pay and conditions that fairly reflects all our contributions, retains the best of our existing arrangements and includes industry leading conditions.

Support our bargaining agenda

Recently, Insignia colleagues like yourself have provided feedback on what we want in a new EA. Based on that feedback, we’ve put together a Log of Claims that clearly outlines what’s needed for this to be an industry leading agreement and one we are all proud of.

You can read the Log of Claims here.

It’s now time to get behind our union claim before we head to the negotiating table. Please support our Log of Claims below.

Support our Log of Claims

As always, the more of us that come together to actively participate in the campaign for a better EA at Insignia, the stronger our position at the bargaining table will be. Ask your colleagues to support our claim by forwarding them this email.
