A huge thank you to the 2,200 finance workers who completed our AI survey – your insights helped shape this vital report and ensure politicians hear directly from workers. Our findings show that while AI adoption is growing rapidly, most finance workers feel unprepared:

• 67% of finance workers are worried about job security
• 61% have received no AI training
• Only 8% feel they have a good understanding of AI.

That’s why we’re pushing for stronger protections, more training and genuine consultation in AI implementation.

Already, the government has handed down a parliamentary report that confirms our findings and backs what we are calling for in this space. It’s fantastic to already see a commitment from the government to strengthen workers’ voices on AI.
