It’s time to start talking about pay and conditions at work!
In 2019 LUCRF management sought to extend your Enterprise Agreement (2016-2019) by 12 months. In this extension, your FSU Reps secured a 3% pay increase with no changes to your conditions.
Your Agreement is now due to be negotiated, and discussions will start soon with LUCRF management.
Your Enterprise Agreement contains important conditions ranging from pay increases and leave entitlements to breaks and consultation provisions.
We are holding a meeting for everyone who works at LUCRF to come together and learn about the bargaining process, and how you can be involved.
