Bendigo Bank has announced proposed changes within the Third Party Mortgage Operations and Pre-Assessment Teams, which will impact Assessment Officers, Team Leaders, Support Officer and Senior Support Officer roles across the following locations:
- Adelaide Head Office
- Benalla Branch
- Bendigo Head Office
- Brisbane Head Office
- Docklands Head Office
- Geelong Office – Federal Mills
- Ipswich Head Office
- Perth Regional Office
- Head Office.
Impacted staff may be considered for redeployment to alternate roles within the Bank or may be made redundant.
The Bank has said these proposed changes are due to difficult economic conditions which have resulted in lower than expected loan applications, as well as the pre-Assessment processes for White Label and Broker no longer needing to be performed.

Consultation for the proposed changes is taking place from now until Wednesday 1 November.
We strongly encourage you to make your concerns or questions heard and provide your feedback to the Bank via the Bank’s feedback link before consultation closes.
