Your FSU negotiating team will reconvene with Management next Tuesday 22nd March. We’ve called on Jason Chan (Executive General Manager – Bankwest) to attend this meeting in person.

We are building towards a breakthrough on the outstanding issue of fair pay.

With enough colleagues speaking out between now and Tuesday on why we deserve adequate pay, we believe this meeting can resolve this for all Bankwest employees.

Make Jason Chan understand before negotiations on Tuesday. Send him a direct email today!

Hundreds of our colleagues have written to Jason

Over the last two weeks hundreds of Bankwest colleagues have already written to Jason Chan directly to express their concerns that the current pay offer locks in an effective real world pay cut.

Bankwest’s current pay offer is below the cost of living. If accepted in our new Enterprise Agreement, colleagues would be locked into a real wage cut for the next three years.

FSU members have provided strong and consistent feedback. We will not accept a pay offer that sees our pay go backwards.

Tell Jason Chan, Bankwest EGM, you won’t take a pay cut – send him a direct email today!

FSU Delegation to meet with WA Government

On Friday an FSU delegation will meet with WA MPs, Robyn Clarke and Pierre Yang.

We will discuss how cost of living pressures are impacting workers, and we’ll call on them to support our claim for fair pay at Bankwest. We’ll let you know how the meeting goes.
