During the negotiation for this Agreement, you told us why you deserve a fair pay increase, and we were determined to have ME Bank acknowledge this.
Because we stood together as a Union community, the Agreement includes:
- A 3% pay increase for everyone in group 1-9, backdated to 1 July 2020; and
- A moratorium on forced retrenchments until February 2022.
We are proud to be presenting an Agreement to you that respects everything you have contributed to ME and to our customers over the past year.
We will be voting Yes for this Agreement, and we hope you will too.
