MUFG Market services: Say no to the worst pay offer in the sector

We met with MUFG Market Services on 12 August to continue bargaining on our Enterprise Agreement (EA).

Insultingly, MUFG Corporate Markets Director of Human Resources, Lisa Broadhead, informed us they would not be changing their position on our pay offer.

As you know, this is one of the worst pay offers in our sector and it’s up to us to say no.

Commit to vote NO

Here’s what their four-year pay offer looks like

Don’t forget, managers decide how much you’re given from the discretionary pool. We don’t get a say at all.

We need as many of us as possible to say we’ll vote NO to this insulting pay offer. If you haven’t already, commit to voting no and encourage your colleagues to do the same.

The only way management will shift on pay is if they know we’ll stand up for what we deserve, so if you’re not already a member with the FSU, join today and show them we’re stronger together.

If you’d like to know more about the EA and how the voting process works, or what pay and conditions other members are winning in their workplaces, email [email protected] and an FSU Organiser will reach out to you to set up a quick discussion.
