NAB CEO gets 130% increase
Staff offered pay cuts

Have you seen the news? Ross McEwan received a 130% increase to his remuneration last year while proposing a real-world pay cut for 30,000 NAB employees.

If NAB won’t act, we need to take action.

We need to show NAB it’s unfair for the CEO to earn $5.2mil per year, then expect everyone else to go backwards during a cost-of-living crisis.

Support action for fair pay

The pay system at NAB has failed too many, for too long. We need a guaranteed 6% pay increase for all employees.

You can support your bargaining team by:

  1. Registering your support for industrial action
  2. Asking a colleague to join the Union
  3. Sharing this update with your team.

Have questions about industrial action? Check our online FAQs about Industrial Action.

If you have additional questions, reach out to your union rep, your Organiser or email fsuinfo@fsunion.org.au and our team will be in touch.

Next Wednesday your FSU negotiating team will meet with NAB to continue discussion around pay. Keep an eye out for further updates next week.
