We presented our union claim to NAB
We set out the issues that matter to you the most: fair workloads, a transparent pay model that pays you for the hours you do, action on closing the gender pay gap, and restoring work/life balance. See full details here.
We also heard from NAB about their key objectives. NAB is seeking an agreement that is simplified, that recognises gender diversity, and is of a shorter duration with less certainty around pay.
Are you overloaded at work?
Workloads will be one of the main agenda items at next week’s bargaining meeting. We’ve already heard from many of you that workload and access to leave are major issues. To represent your concerns around work/life balance properly, we need you to complete our snap survey so we can share with management what is happening in real time.
