NAB: Four billion reasons why we don’t deserve a pay cut – sign our letter today.

We can all agree the current pay system at NAB has failed us and our colleagues for years.

For far too many of us, it is based on discretionary outcomes where what we’re paid isn’t determined by what’s in our Enterprise Agreement (EA). This, combined with the current cost-of-living crisis, means a real wage cut for us.

During bargaining for our new EA, NAB colleagues have been calling for a reformed pay system that ensures:

  • ALL colleagues are covered by the EA’s pay clause
  • Certainty of future wages by providing fixed pay outcomes
  • Real wage growth to enhance the living standards of our colleagues and families.

It’s time for a fair go

You may have seen NAB recently announced a massive half-yearly profit of $4.1 billion. This clearly demonstrates management can deliver on the changes FSU members and NAB colleagues are calling for.

It’s time for NAB to give us a fair go by providing a real wage growth that meets the rising cost-of-living, ensures workloads are manageable and respects our choice to use our leave when we need it.
