Escalated Dispute About Underpayment and Working Hours

Last week we told you that we have escalated the dispute about scorecards, regular and systematic underpayments, and a broken relief model to the Fair Work Commission. The conciliation conference has now been scheduled for Friday 8 December 2017.

NAB Tells Us Problems are Resolved

In the meantime, NAB have written to us suggesting they’ve fixed the problems, because they have provided a factsheet to Branch Managers about when overtime should be paid.

We’re concerned this hasn’t filtered through to you, because they’re fundamentally not keen to pay you for all the extra hours you’re required to work just to keep your job.

That’s why it’s important we hear from you – about what’s really changed and what’s still the same.

Share Your Story Today

It’s really important your FSU Reps Dale Mills and Emma Branson are able to share your stories about the day-to-day problems you face.

We want to hear your stories about why you need to work beyond your ordinary hours, whether you get paid for those extra hours, and if you get relief when you need it. Your personal information will be kept confidential at all times.

You can share your story here: nabmembers@fsunion.org.au
