It’s important that you know your rights when it comes to working on public holidays. Under our Enterprise Agreement 2016, negotiated between union members and management, NAB has obligations.

Refer to Clause 41 Public Holidays (pp. 44-46) and Clause 64 Dispute Resolution Procedure (p. 72). If Clause 41 isn’t being applied fairly, then you have the right to dispute.
