October is the start of when your people leader will review your FY20 performance and salary, as well as set your performance objectives for FY21.
Group 3 and 4 staff aren’t guaranteed annual pay rises. A pay increase and bonuses are at NAB’s discretion.
If you disagree with the outcome of your performance and salary review, you need to register your interest in an upcoming REM Review Workshop.
We’ll discuss the following:
- How to get a better outcome on your pay and performance review
- What NAB’s obligations are with performance reviews under the EA
- How to appeal your pay outcome if you disagree
