We’ve just begun a new round of negotiations for our Enterprise Agreement (EA). NAB’s first move was trying to remove Group 5, 6 & 7 employees from coverage in our new EA.
In the history of Enterprise Agreements at NAB, coverage has never been threatened before. If they’re starting with this attack on Groups 5–7, what do they intend for the rest of us?
