The finance industry is currently at a crossroad. The nature of traditional finance sector jobs is changing and evolving, due to digitisation and an increased scrutiny on workplace culture and practices.
In August last year 100 Westpac Group workplace leaders came together to discuss these challenges and set our Agenda for a Fair future for all Westpac Group workers. Together we committed to ensuring our Agenda put meaningful jobs – well paid, secure, highly skilled jobs, that are free from behaviours that fail customers and employees – front and centre.
With the Westpac Group Enterprise Agreement due to expire on 31 December 2018, now more than ever it is vital that we hear from you.

In this current environment and our Agenda for a Fair Future, together we have a unique opportunity to once again lead the way to ensure that work at Westpac Group and more broadly in the finance sector is secure, valued, and trusted.
