Not Good Enough!
ART, pay a fair increase

This week ART announced a pay ‘increase’ on 1 July 2022.

We know that the cost of living is skyrocketing. Fuel has risen 35% over the last year and vegetables and meat are up 12%. Inflation is at 5.1% and tipped to increase in December.

Meanwhile, ART have said some of us may only receive 0.5%, for some of us it will be up to 3%. For all of us it is effectively a pay cut.

We all work for ART but we are being treated differently. We have worked hard to ensure a successful merger. How is this pay ‘increase’ going to address our rising cost of living? How does this respect us and our hard work? It doesn’t.

It’s time for bargaining to start.
